Because our business is focused on creating exceptional consumer experiences, we know that we have to start with exceptional teammates: people who are excited not just for a job, but for a chance to make our consumer’s days a little better and build their own skills and capabilities in ways that can serve them over their entire work lives, wherever that may take them. Our best team members are driven to put people first and understand that when that is achieved, profits will follow…and they love breaking old records and achieving better outcomes time and time again. They are accountable and are guided by deep integrity, respect, and joy for working as a part of a team. All of our current Operations Leaders started out as front-line team members in one of our stores. This has contributed to a strong feeling of camaraderie across the team, both within management and between management and store-level leaders.

We are proud that so many of us have stayed together for so long. It makes us happy when we hear that working together feels much like working with family, in a good way. We take care of each other, not just by providing benefits packages that lead the industry, but also by pitching in, lending a hand, and helping one another learn, grow and succeed.
